This book has changed my life. I started reading this book while I was going through a divorce, custody battle and criminal charges that I as falsely accused off. My ex husband is very bitter and would do anything to hurt me. He lied on me and my 18 year old daughter and had us arrested. As I was reading this book I wrote down 3 things that I wanted to happened and I was greateful in advance. I have scratched all 3 off my list because it happened just the way I imagined it. The charges were dismissed against me and my daughter without us having to testify, he lost all visitation privileges and I go for my divorce hearing on 5/23. I have also had free gifts, money given to me in some form. I am greateful from the moment I open my eyes in the morning. I always say before I start my day, thank you for a great day or thank you for the magnificent outcome of today. I would probably laugh at myself if someone told me i would be reading such a book a year ago, or few months ago. I am probably the most negative, pesstmistic person you could ever meet. So this is coming from a person who is not a strong believer..I had or have the perfect life but i keep underestimating what i have, or had, and keep having these negative thoughts about everything in life, that i have not enjoyed my success, my relationships , my friendships, my health and money...i was always negative, VERY...suddenly everything fell apart, and anything i tried to do to fix things wouldnt work, it would infact make things worse. I had a breaking point , i would stay in bed and cry for days and days...i downloaded the power the audiobook, although things were repetitive but it was a good listen, then a few days after this book came out and i decided to download it, it takes you through a series of exercises to do daily, and frankly things have gotten so much better for me...FAR much better, my mental and emotional state is muchc calmer and stable than it used to be...i am stronger...it doesnt happen overnight, but all i can say I FEEL MUCH BETTER and thats what counts most...i do highly recommend this book, its not a waste of money or time, its infact one of her best books yet...it puts everything to practise which is great!

Pernicious Lies

Gratitude is certainly an important attitude to maintain but Ms. Byrne is too focused on distorting other people's words to make them sound like what was originally said that it is hard to even get through the sample. Not to mention making a bunch of loose connections to ideas that don't even have to do with one another. Yet there is one thing I am thankful for, and that is the ability to sample the book before I waste my money on hogwash. For that I thank you Apple!

This book has changed my life. I started reading this book while I was going through a divorce, custody battle and criminal charges that I as falsely accused off. My ex husband is very bitter and would do anything to hurt me. He lied on me and my 18 year old daughter and had us arrested. As I was reading this book I wrote down 3 things that I wanted to happened and I was greateful in advance. I have scratched all 3 off my list because it happened just the way I imagined it. The charges were dismissed against me and my daughter without us having to testify, he lost all visitation privileges and I go for my divorce hearing on 5/23. I have also had free gifts, money given to me in some form. I am greateful from the moment I open my eyes in the morning. I always say before I start my day, thank you for a great day or thank you for the magnificent outcome of today. I would probably laugh at myself if someone told me i would be reading such a book a year ago, or few months ago. I am probably the most negative, pesstmistic person you could ever meet. So this is coming from a person who is not a strong believer..I had or have the perfect life but i keep underestimating what i have, or had, and keep having these negative thoughts about everything in life, that i have not enjoyed my success, my relationships , my friendships, my health and money...i was always negative, VERY...suddenly everything fell apart, and anything i tried to do to fix things wouldnt work, it would infact make things worse. I had a breaking point , i would stay in bed and cry for days and days...i downloaded the power the audiobook, although things were repetitive but it was a good listen, then a few days after this book came out and i decided to download it, it takes you through a series of exercises to do daily, and frankly things have gotten so much better for me...FAR much better, my mental and emotional state is muchc calmer and stable than it used to be...i am stronger...it doesnt happen overnight, but all i can say I FEEL MUCH BETTER and thats what counts most...i do highly recommend this book, its not a waste of money or time, its infact one of her best books yet...it puts everything to practise which is great!

Pernicious Lies

Gratitude is certainly an important attitude to maintain but Ms. Byrne is too focused on distorting other people's words to make them sound like what was originally said that it is hard to even get through the sample. Not to mention making a bunch of loose connections to ideas that don't even have to do with one another. Yet there is one thing I am thankful for, and that is the ability to sample the book before I waste my money on hogwash. For that I thank you Apple!

I would probably laugh at myself if someone told me i would be reading such a book a year ago, or few months ago. I am probably the most negative, pesstmistic person you could ever meet. So this is coming from a person who is not a strong believer..I had or have the perfect life but i keep underestimating what i have, or had, and keep having these negative thoughts about everything in life, that i have not enjoyed my success, my relationships , my friendships, my health and money...i was always negative, VERY...suddenly everything fell apart, and anything i tried to do to fix things wouldnt work, it would infact make things worse. I had a breaking point , i would stay in bed and cry for days and days...i downloaded the power the audiobook, although things were repetitive but it was a good listen, then a few days after this book came out and i decided to download it, it takes you through a series of exercises to do daily, and frankly things have gotten so much better for me...FAR much better, my mental and emotional state is muchc calmer and stable than it used to be...i am stronger...it doesnt happen overnight, but all i can say I FEEL MUCH BETTER and thats what counts most...i do highly recommend this book, its not a waste of money or time, its infact one of her best books yet...it puts everything to practise which is great!

Pernicious Lies

Gratitude is certainly an important attitude to maintain but Ms. Byrne is too focused on distorting other people's words to make them sound like what was originally said that it is hard to even get through the sample. Not to mention making a bunch of loose connections to ideas that don't even have to do with one another. Yet there is one thing I am thankful for, and that is the ability to sample the book before I waste my money on hogwash. For that I thank you Apple!

This book has changed my life. I started reading this book while I was going through a divorce, custody battle and criminal charges that I as falsely accused off. My ex husband is very bitter and would do anything to hurt me. He lied on me and my 18 year old daughter and had us arrested. As I was reading this book I wrote down 3 things that I wanted to happened and I was greateful in advance. I have scratched all 3 off my list because it happened just the way I imagined it. The charges were dismissed against me and my daughter without us having to testify, he lost all visitation privileges and I go for my divorce hearing on 5/23. I have also had free gifts, money given to me in some form. I am greateful from the moment I open my eyes in the morning.
